Meet Jen

Today I want to introduce you to Jen as the person I’d like to highlight in the series “Stronger Together“.

Jen has been a regular friend at the FB page for awhile now and when she made a post recently that she had just hit a 100 lbs lost milestone, I knew I had to get her to share her journey with you all.

Who wouldn’t be inspired by her amazing success? I know I am! 🙂

Meet Dart

Today I want to introduce you to Dart as the person I’d like to highlight in the series “Stronger Together“.

It wasn’t so long ago that I first met Dart on the FB page and it has been so great to get to know her more.

I only just recently “met” Kimberly on the Facebook page and have been overjoyed to see her enthusiasm. 🙂

After reading some posts on the blog, Kimberly contacted me to see how she could be involved and share some of her own journey with you all in the hopes of helping someone else out. I LOVE this and was excited to read more about her life and what brought her to our little community.

We did it! I hope this 21 day accountability challenge helped you to enjoy the beginning of the holiday season and has you looking forward to a wonderful Christmas!

We really can enjoy time with family/friends AND great meals without stressing about our weight and veering off track completely when it comes to our health and weight loss goals.

We did it! 30 days of accountability when it comes to night time eating!

Thanks to all who participated by checking in each day at the Facebook page.

I really appreciate your support and it certainly made the challenge better and more fun for me!

My goal/deadline throughout the challenge was to cut off my night time eating by 9PM each night and I’m happy to report success for that goal. I definitely feel stronger with discipline in this particular area and I know that I want to stay mindful of this going forward. [Read more…]
