Ab Challenge Invitation (Mar 22-Apr 20)

8_min_absJoin me in my next 30 Day Challenge!

What: A 30 day commitment to do :08 min. Abs or an ab workout of your choice
(Though this workout routine is very old – you do need to get past some corniness in dress LOL – I swear by this! Fast and effective!)

When: Mar. 22-Apr. 20

What you need to participate:

  • the desire to create change in your life
  • the determination to stick with it for 30 days
  • the heart to encourage others involved in the challenge

Shopping list:

Why I Think This Challenge Is For You:

  • Especially if you are just starting out with exercise this 8 MIN routine is perfect for you!
  • If you’ve not been doing ab work, you can do what you can throughout and aim to do the full 8 min. by day 30 – totally doable!
  • The actual routine is 8 MINUTES!
  • If you would rather, feel free to do your own ab routine (dvd, sit-ups or other) along with me on this challenge
  • I am calling it a 30 day challenge, but personally I will do 5 days/wk with 2 rest days (most often on the weekend) – feel free to do this or a full 30 days – Either way = success in my book!

Assignment:

  • Read the post “What Could You Change in 30 Days?” if you’ve not done so already
  • Register for the forum community and introduce yourself.
  • Sign up to join in by replying to this post in the forum.
  • If you’ve not done so, sign up with your email and receive my free report.
    (another way for me to be in touch with you)
  • Mark your calendar for start date of Mar. 22
  • NOTE: Twitter Hashtag to keep in touch with the Celebrate Weight Loss community!
