Exercise Report:
Cardio: Walk (60 minutes) x 6 and Walk (30 min) x 2
Strength Training (upper body) x 3 (did 2 sets of 5 machines/exercises – working up to 3 sets each)
Abs x 3 (3 min of crunches – goal to work up to being able to do my 8 Minute Ab Dvd)
