Previous Week’s Weight: January 4, 2009 – 178 (estimate)
Current Weight: January 11, 2010 – 183 lbs (OK I am SO confident that this will settle in to more like 8-10 lb gain)
Week 158 Weight Loss:Â +5 lbs (estimate, based on earlier)
Total Weight Loss: 95 lbs

Zero during last week – ready to hit it hard this week! 🙂
Food Report:
Not great while in Vegas! Definitely indulging! 😉
