Feeling pretty good after my first week in Ireland. Will not be tracking calories while here, but remain conscious.

- Weigh-ins will be somewhat of an estimate and I am weighing myself from my friend’s sister’s scale – should be able to do this once a week or every 2 weeks.
- Also a reminder that I do believe my scale at home could be 2 lbs heavy 😉
