  • Very happy that I maintained my weight while gone
  • Realized that I really have changed my eating/exercise habits as I missed exericise and wanted to eat healthy foods after a few days without fruit/veg. 😉 REAL progress here!

  • feeling really great this week – I am roughly 5 lbs away from being under 200 and I cannot wait – this will be a HUGE accomplishment!
