June Exercise Goals:
- Cardio (walking/biking (5 times/wk ) – hopefully wind is dying down soon here in NM so I can get back on the bike regularly!
- Strength Training (3 times/wk) (doing my own upper body workout with dumb bells.)
- Abs 5 times/wk (8 Minute Abs Dvd)
June Food/Nutrition Goals:
- 1600-1800 calories most days
- keep at calorie counting – going well!
