Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs

Q2 Weight Goal: 158 (9 lb loss from 167)

Q2 Fitness Goals:

  • Cardio 4 times/wk (min. 40 min)
  • Strength training 2 times/wk (dumb bells, back to home routine)
  • Pilates 2 times/wk (beginner dvd)
  • Abs 4 times/wk

Q2 Food/Nutrition Goals:

  • Be conscious of how I am eating
  • At least to begin with, experiment with not calorie counting while at home
  • 8 glasses water daily
