Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs
Q1 Weight Goal: 155 (3 lb loss) – this would be a lower goal that normal as I will be in Ireland 12/28-2/18 and will be happy with maintaining/not gaining while away. 😉
Q1 Fitness Goals: (While in Ireland 12/28-2/18)
- Cardio 4 times/wk (min. 40 min)
- Strength training 2 times/wk (dvd’s w/resistance bands – low, up, core)
- Pilates 2 times/wk (beginner dvd)
- Abs 4 times/wk
- Try running a bit while in Ireland
Q1 Food/Nutrition Goals: (While in Ireland)
- Be conscious of how I am eating
- A break from actual calorie counting while away
- 8 glasses water daily
