2009 Q4 GOALS: Oct 1-Dec. 31, 2009

Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs
Starting Weight: October 1, 2009 – 167.2 lbs

Q4 Weight Goal: 150 (17.2 lb loss)

Q4 Fitness Goals:

  • Cardio 5 times/wk (min. 30 min) – try interval training on the treadmill  now that I am doing winter in MI
  • Strength Training 2 times/wk (Jillian – No Trouble Zones, may try 30 Day Shred)
  • Pilates 2 times/wk
  • Abs 2 times/wk (2 instead of 4 while doing Jillian also)

Q4 Food/Nutrition Goals:

  • Focus on 1500 at beginning, decrease or calorie cycle down to 1200 towards goal weight as needed
  • 8 glasses water daily

Ok – we can do this – 3 more months until 2010 – really want to hit this goal! 🙂

2009 Q3 GOALS: July 1-Sept. 30, 2009

Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs
Starting Weight: July 1, 2009 – 165 lbs

Q3 Weight Goal: 151 (14 lb loss from 165)

Q3 Fitness Goals:

  • Cardio 4 times/wk (min. 40 min)
  • Strength Training 3 times/wk (Jillian workout – starting July; may change this after July)
  • Pilates 2 times/wk (beginner dvd)
  • Abs 4 times/wk

Q3 Food/Nutrition Goals:

  • Increase calories (assuming continued increase also in cardio)/do calorie cycling
  • 8 glasses water daily

2009 Q2 GOALS: Apr. 1-June 30, 2009

Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs

Q2 Weight Goal: 158 (9 lb loss from 167)

Q2 Fitness Goals:

  • Cardio 4 times/wk (min. 40 min)
  • Strength training 2 times/wk (dumb bells, back to home routine)
  • Pilates 2 times/wk (beginner dvd)
  • Abs 4 times/wk

Q2 Food/Nutrition Goals:

  • Be conscious of how I am eating
  • At least to begin with, experiment with not calorie counting while at home
  • 8 glasses water daily

    2009 Q1 GOALS: Jan. 1-Mar. 31, 2009

    Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs

    Q1 Weight Goal: 155 (3 lb loss) – this would be a lower goal that normal as I will be in Ireland 12/28-2/18 and will be happy with maintaining/not gaining while away. 😉

    Q1 Fitness Goals: (While in Ireland 12/28-2/18)

    • Cardio 4 times/wk (min. 40 min)
    • Strength training 2 times/wk (dvd’s w/resistance bands – low, up, core)
    • Pilates 2 times/wk (beginner dvd)
    • Abs 4 times/wk
    • Try running a bit while in Ireland

    Q1 Food/Nutrition Goals: (While in Ireland)

    • Be conscious of how I am eating
    • A break from actual calorie counting while away
    • 8 glasses water daily
