- 27th – Thanksgiving was great at J and AJ’s – I had planned for this with low calories and lots of exercise and I ate exactly what I wanted including yummy pumpkin cheesecake!
- 28th – started P
- I don’t believe the 159.2 weigh in is reflecting my real weight and I hate reporting it because I SO wanted to be at 155! I think it’s up due to P and sodium – I suspect it will come down soon and I’m going to stick to my goal of 150 for the year!
