  • great week with calories!
  • finally getting some traction with the discipline!
  • I’ve not been eating past 9:30PM due to a 30 day challenge I’ve made for myself for month of Nov – this is REALLY helping with the discipline at night!

  • met J out for lunch Tues – sandwich and potato salad – yum!
  • don’t even get me started about the weekend – I’m not sure what hit me but I was having cravings! had cookies, pizza and wings!
  • next week I have got to get a handle on some discipline when it comes to calories!!
