Food Report:
Much better!

Notes:

  • I actually think my weight is down a bit more than the 179 – think its due to sodium (ham) on the weekend – we’ll see! 😉
  • struggling just a bit with the night time eating again – well, nothing major but that is when I seem to blow my calories for the day
