- Lower body work 3 times/wk (new routine includes 9 exercises at home – 2 sets of each)
- Abs 5 times/wk (8 Minute Abs Dvd)
- Pilates 3 times/wk – (video)
July Food/Nutrition Goals:
- Alternate with 1400 calories (or less) and calorie cycling
