- Cardio 5 times/wk (min. 40 min) – walking, biking
- Strength training – 3 times/wk – upper and lower body
- Pilates 3 times/wk (beginner dvd)
- Abs 5 times/wk
- Lots of biking
Q3 Food/Nutrition Goals:
- Calories = continue with calorie cycling, and lowering if/when needed as I continue to lose weight
- 16 glasses water daily
- Multivitamin daily
