  • Dec 21-29 out of town for Christmas holiday
  • Very happy that I maintained my weight while gone
  • Realized that I really have changed my eating/exercise habits as I missed exericise and wanted to eat healthy foods after a few days without fruit/veg. 😉 REAL progress here!
