This month I’m going to be really intent on adding some bike rides to my normal exercise routine. I am focussing on riding more frequently and for longer periods of time. I’ve read that this is really the only way to get over the booty getting sore. 😉 I’m determined!
I also want to experiment and get used to riding on some busier roads. I really want to be able to use my bike for transportation and my goal would be to be able to ride anywhere in town that I need/want to get to.
