By the way, I’m creating these videos with the Flip Camcorder – a really simple way to upload videos to YouTube and Facebook. You can also easily send via email cards to someone. Very fun! A must have if you are doing video by yourself (of yourself) is this cute little Flip Tripod

WOW! We’re almost completely shredded. Day 29 complete, Day 30 right around the corner! So ready to do Levels 1-3, but I’m sad the challenge is almost over. Booooooooooooo!

I’ve not been good about checking in… my right arm is tired from all the computing lately. But I got a good 40 minute hill walk in and 2 x 24 TRX push-ups. And scored a used planter!
