Paula’s Holiday Challenge Invitation! (Nov. 25-Dec. 24)

Join me (and a bunch of awesome friends) in our next 30 Day Challenge!

What: A 30 day commitment to be conscious and accountable throughout the holiday season – a commitment to NOT give in to the assumption that we will gain weight over the holidays.

When: Nov. 25-Dec. 24

What you need to participate:

  • the desire to create change in your life
  • the determination to stick with it for 30 days
  • the heart to encourage others involved in the challenge

Why I Think This Challenge Is For You:

  • This is a PERSONAL challenge – YOU decide each day what your goal is for that day only!
  • There is NO reason to fail – have a big meal coming up? No problem, your goal that day may include a lighter lunch or drinking 8 glasses of water.
  • DO NOT let the dates intimidate you – This challenge is about being conscious day-to-day. When Thanksgiving rolls around, your check-in that day might be that it is a free day for you and the commitment to check in the next morning with a plan for the day is a win! Get it – no failure here! πŸ˜‰
  • I don’t want you to wait until the New Year to start enjoying success! This is for you NOW!
  • It will be fun and you will make great friends! πŸ™‚

  11. I’d love to join. I have less than 10lbs until I hit the 50lbs loss mark. I’d like to make it by the end of the year. So that means that gaining or taking the holiday season off isn’t an option.

    On my regular blog I started setting weekly goals for myself to help keep me accountable.

    My name is Denise. I live in Northern Indiana. I was introduced to this site by my brother James Delcamp. He had talked to me a few years back about his friend Paula, who he worked with. (Our conversation was 2 or 3 years). He said that you and I had a lot in common. He said that I’d really like you.

    A couple days ago, James and I we were talking about losing weight, getting healthy etc.. He asked me if I remembered him talking about you. Then told me to pull up this website and said “That’s Paula!”. WOW! I couldn’t believe it. He hadn’t told me anything about what you looked like previously. He just thought we’d like each other.

    I was just amazed to see someone on line that I KNEW had a REAL weight loss story. Paula, your before and after picture is remarkable! 110 lbs is what I weighed when I was in high school up until I was 26. (Many years after child birth). I can not use that as an excuse. drats! ha ha

    Weight loss is NOT something that we have in common, YET. Praying that it will be soon! πŸ™‚ Can’t wait to get healthy! I’m here for moral support and guidance from those who are losing weight.

    Looking forward to getting involved with others who face the same challenges as myself. : )

    Yes, he actually was a great source of support for me when I was getting started – I needed a cheerleader for sure! AND as you can see, now I REALLY want to be that for other people. I think that I do see you in the forum! I’m so glad – Please don’t be shy. Post an intro so people can shout out to you – great group we have in there! I love them all! πŸ™‚

    AND do join us in the challenge – its not to late for this one! Just pick one goal or so for yourself daily. We can do it together!
