Hello Team Shred! Have I been missing you!!! Day 23 started off okay – was able to shred early morning. But as the day wore on, began to feel pretty bad. Packed it in early afternoon, took a hot bath and went to sleep. I think I had a brief bout of either food poisoning or a 24-hour bug. Started getting better Friday afternoon, but needless to say, wasn’t up to shredding on Day 24.
Made up for it today though…I shredded Level 3 TWICE. And I feel 100% better. :0) Hope you are all having a great weekend. It’s pouring rain here in MA. Would have invited Paula over to help me rake (look how clean her yard is in that video!), but it’s so wet out, we’d need a Bobcat to move the leaves!
Have you all seen Paula’s new invite for the Holiday Challenge? I’m really excited about sailing smoothly into 2010 with our team. Although I usually enjoy the holiday season, this will be my first Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year’s since I started losing weight. I want to stay extra strong and motivated without giving into holiday stress.

I missed three days. No excuses, I put the new computer problem first. Getting that configured and figuring out just what I want has been time consuming. I have about one more thing to think on before I pull the trigger and order.
But I did do day 25, a 1.5 mile walk. Plus counter push-ups 2 x 20.
