Thanks for today’s email and sharing your journal. I’ve been reading the posts; you know much about social work lingo? Well if you do, you’ll appreciate it when I say I am in the “pre-contemplation” or contemplation phase of change….all that to say that I bought the 30 day shred dvd. I spent Sunday raking, yardwork stuff; today 30 minutes on the stepper at the Y and some floor work. Tomorrow, Tuesday, is my day ONE for the shred. I am behind the rest of you (obviously) but here I go!
Yay Beth! That’s awesome! Jump right in girl – will look forward to hearing how you “like” it! lol It’s a great little workout – meaning it’s short but packs a mean punch! Thanks for posting. ๐
Don’t stress over the weight. With all the exercise and no rest days, it could either be muscle gained or water retention. Or both. Besides, we can’t let the scale dictate our day.
Thanks Cynthia…I’m actually already down today so pretty sure it was water. ๐ AND I do agree about the scale – just sometimes want to throw it out the window!
