Did level 1 today.. did the squats instead of the side lunges in circuit 3 and yep it was a great substitution move!!!! Gonna try and stay on Level 1 until like Nov 15 and then I’ll try level 2
Hola Chickies! I forgot to post yesterday…I think, but I did my shred yesterday and today. I must say that it’s a chore every stinkin day. Ugh. When will I ever get perky about it? When will it feel good? When will I want to do more and more? I seriously have to make myself and do everything else before working out. :o( I just don’t like it.

Amy, I just love your honesty girl! And know what? I SO did not want to shred myself today either – go figure! BUT we do…we keep going and cheer each other on. Yay us! lol Only 15 more days to go!! Onward!

Hi Gals,
I was not missing on Day 14. I ended up shredding day 14 @ 10:00pm last night.
Was not able to do today. But, I am shredding tommorow, Day 16. Woohoo! I am so glad we have all made it through the 1/2 way marker. I love the feeling of accomplishment I get when I could mark off the day.

I managed to do Day 15 first thing in the morning; back was behaving π
And I got some cardio in after work – but I felt like dying on the elliptical.
It’s amazing that we already have made it halfway, isn’t it???
I hope we find a way to do another challenge soon. Maybe in December to beat all the holiday sweets, parties, etc… ????

Glad your back is feeling better Andie! π I’m thinking that maybe the next challenge for me might have to do with intake rather than exercise…thinking on that and will definitely keep you all posted. (I do carry on with exercise but typically I do not exercise 7 days/wk – I actually think it is nice to have at least 1-2 days of rest) π Thanks for posting.
