Weight Loss and Fitness Goals:
Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2007 – 278 lbs
Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2008Â – 193 lbs
Starting Weight Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs
Starting Weight Nov. 1, 2009 – 170.2 lbs
YR 3 Q4 Weight Goal:Â 150
Weight loss goal for month: 160 (10.2 lbs) (I really feel that the 3 lb gain could be water weight) 😉
(I know this is a lofty goal for the month…we’ll see!)
Weight loss goal per week: 2.5 lbs
November Exercise Goals:
- Cardio (walking/bike/treadmill (5 times/wk ) Experiment with interval training
- Strength Training (Jillian DVD) – complete 30 Day Shred (day 30 is Nov. 19)
- Abs 2 times/wk (8 Minute Abs Dvd) – not doing this during 30 Day Shred (enough ab work there!)
- Pilates 2 times/wk – (video)
November Food/Nutrition Goals:
- Experiment with calorie amounts and/or calorie cycling
I try not to do weight loss goals any more. I find that my body will rarely co-operate with a set amount of weight per week or even per month and it gets discouraging when I can’t meet the goals. I really think behavior or habit goals work better, because those are goals that you can accomplish and don’t have to depend on something as variable as weight loss.
I guess if they don’t frustrate you, then it’s OK.
