I challenged myself to get this done before too late and I did! I did level 2 and can’t say that I’m loving it, but I’m hanging in. Whew!

I’m so glad Halloween is over. Now things will slow down and I can really focus on my body and treating myself right.
Took a break over the weekend…with Halloween and my son’s birthday was yesterday–trick or treaters, friends over….etc. I did spend a lot of time cleaning, yard work and moving around on my own though. Anyway, back to the grind today and just finished!! I was surprised how easy the workout felt today after skipping for two days. Push ups are my weakest link of level 1….but I a proud to say that I am now making it thru both rounds.
Love the outside video! I did my day 4 Shred today on level 2. Wowie! That was difficult! I’m sure it’ll get better with time, but definitely going to take a long time to get that one down pat! I get bored doing the same thing, so it was nice being able to switch it up.

Finished Day 13 and I am still struggling with those push-ups, I did as much as I could anyway. Paula, I did not get any sound from the video today. I will go directly 2 the you tube site and see if I can get sound there. Anyways, cannot wait to Shred tomorrow. Oh btw, this is working, I lost another 2 lbs. Yippee!
Congrats to everyone on all there achievements (weight loss, level 2, and mostly all of us pushing through Shred till the end….WooHoo!!!!):)
I really needed to spend some time housecleaning today and that’s what I did most of the day. I did however do my push-ups. 1st set = 15. 2nd set = 12. I didn’t try for a third set, because I don’t want to flare up my arm. It’s still a bit iffy though backing off the computer a bit has helped.
Oh, and it seems I had a weight gain this week, GRRRR! Too much anniversary celebrating I guess. Or maybe water retention still. I don’t know. I thought I had enough of a calorie deficit to not gain. Oh well, I’ll keep plugging onwards.
