I KNOW you all can do this!

Listen, there is NO failure here and no one is going to knock you down if you do mess up one night – PLEASE do NOT let this keep you from participating and going forward onto a next night….do I have you solemn promise on this folks????  πŸ˜‰

Now, having said THAT – I DO want us ALL to do this – we can do it and I really want you all to take this SO seriously ONLY because I think that it can mean HUGE progress for many of us (myself included).

When I did it for the Holiday Challenge of course as the leader, I did not give myself the option to NOT do it – I really wanted to report a success to my posse! Can you all join me in that kind of thinking for this?  For YOU, not for me – AND because YOU deserve that success!

Do whatever it takes….put pictures up of yourself, lock the fridge, go to bed…lol you get my point! Heck, some nights if some food entered my brain, I’d tell myself I could eat it first thing in the morning (of course I did not)…AND its ONLY 28 days…that’s it!  We can do this!!!

Ready to rock it with me??  I’m counting on YOU! πŸ™‚
