Join me in my next 30 Day Challenge!
What: A 30 day commitment to do :08 min. Abs or an ab workout of your choice
(Though this workout routine is very old – you do need to get past some corniness in dress LOL – I swear by this! Fast and effective!)
When: Mar. 22-Apr. 20
What you need to participate:
- the desire to create change in your life
- the determination to stick with it for 30 days
- the heart to encourage others involved in the challenge
Shopping list:
- 8 Minute Abs & Arms
- I actually have this whole set: 8 Minute Workouts (Arms/Abs/Buns/Legs)
- Exercise Mat (if exercising on a hard floor)
Why I Think This Challenge Is For You:
- Especially if you are just starting out with exercise this 8 MIN routine is perfect for you!
- If you’ve not been doing ab work, you can do what you can throughout and aim to do the full 8 min. by day 30 – totally doable!
- The actual routine is 8 MINUTES!
- If you would rather, feel free to do your own ab routine (dvd, sit-ups or other) along with me on this challenge
- I am calling it a 30 day challenge, but personally I will do 5 days/wk with 2 rest days (most often on the weekend) – feel free to do this or a full 30 days – Either way = success in my book!

- Register for the forum community and introduce yourself.
