I’m too early for your video, so I will have to come back but I shredded this morning. I have some sort of crud going on that just won’t seem to leave and I coughed my fool head off but I did it. I know this may sound insane but I think I am going to do another 30 days before the end of the year…I haven’t been getting in a lot of other exercise but I like that I can do this dvd in such a short amount of time and feel accomplished.
Now, lets talk about the Biggest Loser last night – those box jumps AMAZE ME. I want to be able to do that one day. Can any of you guys do that now? If so you are SOOOO my hero!
I want to jump on boxes too, Kim! Just to see if I can.

Kim, I’m guessing it won’t be long before those boxes make it into an official Biggest Loser Workout DVD! That really was amazing last night. Dina should have been taking her box training from Allen.
Did my Day 8 shred early today. Have to say that Workout 2 is kicking my getting-slightly-smaller behind. Even though it’s way harder than I thought, something must be working: I got a nice surprise on the scale this morning:

Lori, congrats on the weight loss! I know the feeling – my low has been 158 putting back on 10 or so and hanging on to 168-ish for awhile now – I “think” I may be seeing some movement on that blasted scale! I’m hopeful! You all will be the first to hear me scream! I love the tweets also – keep em comin!

Did my strenght workout from the Jillian Micheals Online Program in the morning – so that counts for shredding.
And I hit the gym right after work and jumped on the treadmill for some cardio.

A little extra walking today. I am FEELING my push-ups from yesterday. My legs are pretty tired as well. May have to do a little flat walking at the gym and rest ’em, but I’ll see how it goes.
No box jumps for me… my ankles and knee don’t care for jumping activity of any kind. It is cool to watch though!
Hey ladies! Shredded today (Day 4). Tried to do my first “real pushups” (not on knees). Squeezed one out, but that was all. My arms have got some work to do yet!!!
Sign me up for the box jumping. I looked up a set on amazon.com just for curiousity’s sake. $100+ YIKES!

Thanks for the suggestion Christy. I only know this because I was recently in Ireland for 3 months…tho we can find pretty much anything of American TV to watch online here, it is blocked outside of the country! π I had withdrawal for several programs! hehe
