Day 6 Shred Challenge: Video Message from Paula

It’s Monday and the week of shredding is off to a great start with Day 6! Let’s make it a great week team! Keep up the awesome work…appreciate you all joining me SO much! πŸ™‚

By the way, I’m creating these videos with the Flip Camcorder – a really simple way to upload videos to YouTube and Facebook. You can also easily send via email cards to someone. Very fun! A must have if you are doing video by yourself (of yourself) is this cute little Flip Tripod

  3. Shredded. Week 1 is almost done. Yeeha! And congrats to Maria, Ali and Paula! Looking forward to hearing how the rest of the team did.

    Problem spot today was the lunge/biceps compound move in Circuit 2. I was so focused on nailing the pushups, I forgot that 8 lbs can feel a lot heavier than 5 lbs. Didn’t expect that. Committed to starting Workout 2 tomorrow. Might be the one with the Mountain Climbers. I prefer to be surprised instead of filled with dread for 24 hours!

    I am sore and tired, but I feel great about myself!

  5. Bed time! I’m exhausted. Got up early, did the shred and a short run, went to school and then to work. Now I’m going to get some sleep so that I can do it aaall over again tomorrow πŸ˜‰

  6. I went walking in wind and weather! Not on purpose, the storm hit just as I got to the bottom of our hill. I had a good weigh-in, so I guess I was just pumped to DO IT REGARDLESS.

  8. Wow! You guys rock! I FINALLY got to my shred today. I was so tired and didn’t want to do it, but I did just before 10pm. Ugh. This is going to be a really busy week for me, but I really want to do this, so I WILL!!!! You all are so awesome and I’m so happy that I’m not doing this alone. :o)

    Today was the strongest I’ve felt. I did a mix of 3lbs and 5lb weights. I REALLY want to get rid of my back fat, so I’m pushing the dumbell rows really hard. I will say that I’ve wanted to do extra cardo, but haven’t followed through. My goal is to do it at least 3 times within the next week. I just need to make sure I fit it in.

    Okay, enough jibber jabber. Yay day 6!!!!
