Day 4 complete – Yay! The most difficult section of the workout for me is the first cardio set which includes the jumping jacks and the jump rope. I’m determined to get through that whole 2 minutes without doing any modifying. π
By the way, I’m creating these videos with the Flip Camcorder – a really simple way to upload videos to YouTube and Facebook. You can also easily send via email cards to someone. Very fun! A must have if you are doing video by yourself (of yourself) is this cute little Flip Tripod

Morning shredders!
Day 4 workout log – lots of rain overnight here and I didn’t sleep all that well. Felt a little sluggish initially, but am happy to report that I almost made it through the entire second set of pushups in the first circuit! Had to modify the last three. So close! Ali’s set Wednesday as her transition to Workout 2. I’m going to join her by moving on as soon as I can do two complete sets of pushups, no modifications for two days in a row.
The jumping jacks – they make me laugh like crazy! It’s like I’m back in 4th grade gym class. One thing though…I don’t remember having to pee like crazy everytime I did them back then! Anyone else experiencing this? Good thing it’s only 20 minutes. :0)
Looking forward to hearing about everyone’s Day 4.
Shredded for the day! Here’s the log:

So happy to have such an awesome support structure. You all are inspiring!!!
Love,

Afternoon! Just wanted to report in. I didn’t get to shred yesterday b/c of the stomach bug at the house. But–I am so thankful my boys recovered quickly and it was just a 24 hour thing. I have also discovered that working out with the kids at home is not easy. Let’s just say thatI decided to shut it down at 15 mins. π Going to try again later.
Great work Ladies!! I’m so proud of you all! WooHoo!
Lori and Ali – You both are killing those push-ups! Keep it up!
Maria, I’m so happy that boys are better at your house…hope all stay healthy now. You’re awesome…keep it up! 15 min is better than 0 BUT I have a feeling you will finish. π
Enjoy your weekend and chat with you all tomorrow! YES! We’re still shredding!
Started over, finished my shred. Did better on the push ups. And no peeing issue with the jumping jacks! Babysitter coming in 40 mins….going out bowling!
I’m good. Knee still cranky, but I walked in the pool today for 50 minutes. I’m glad I didn’t try the Shred DVD right now… have a feeling what would be getting shredded would be my feet/ankles and right knee. I’ll enjoy the jumping jacks vicariously, thanks!

9:55pm and I just finished. I shouldn’t have waited so late in the day. I just let other things get in the way. Tomorrow I plan to do it earlier. Okay, goodnight Everyone.
@Maria ~ Good work! Hope you had fun bowling!
@Cynthia ~ Sounds like you are doing at least a little better – good work pressing in.
@Amy ~ I’m the same – Like to do it early to get it out of the way before everything in life happens. LOL Good work doing it so late. π
