Big round of applause to Team Shred! WE DID IT! This was so much fun. A little painful at times, hahaha, but always a delight. Looking forward to the postings at Paula’s new community forum to see how everyone feels on Day 30. I will weigh myself tomorrow, but I can already report that my arms and shoulders tightened considerably over this past month. Must have been all those fun pushups!
Alison held my feet to the fire yesterday – I did all three levels today with the 3 lbs. I knew I’d be talking trash to Jillian the whole way through, so I opted for my own music mix and low volume on the DVD. Completely exhausted at the end and drenched in sweat. I posted my Twitter update with my iPhone as I was laying on the ground! Definitely going to bed early tonight.

YAY everybody! OK, I didn’t exercise every single day, but I got what I wanted out of the challenge and I’m back in an exercise habit again. And I finished strong.

As for the forums, I appreciate the invite, but I am a member of several forums that I already never post to… so I think I best decline, at least for the present. I need to spend more time away from “the box”. But I’ll keep an eye on what folks are up to via Twitter. And I’m planning to stay strong for the holidays and continue losing fat and getting fitter! Who knows, maybe I’ll try the Shred sans jumping some day.
