Day 26 done and last weekend commitment to the Shred! That makes me happy because I usually get all my exercise in M-F, giving me a break on the weekend! π WooHoo! Enjoy your Sunday everyone!
By the way, I’m creating these videos with the Flip Camcorder – a really simple way to upload videos to YouTube and Facebook. You can also easily send via email cards to someone. Very fun! A must have if you are doing video by yourself (of yourself) is this cute little Flip Tripod

I think I’m staying at level 2 through the finish. I did my shred and 30mins on the treadmill. Considering riding my bike on the trainer later this evening while watching football. We’ll see.
Homestretch! I had the 30 Day Shred DVD for a long time before this challenge started. Never went past Level 1, and if I remember correctly, I only did it a few times. Here we are, Day 26, I’m on Level 3 and I’m actually looking forward to upping the ante on Day 30.

I also walked for day 26. Late, but got it done. Sorry I haven’t had the time to keep up with everyone lately! My arms are about to DIE from too much computer time! Had wanted to hill walk this afternoon, but the weather is rapidly going south, so it will probably be the gym tonight again. I’m trying to get this computer ordered today if I can!
