I stink at commenting on these shred posts as of late(which I love by the way). I shredded this morning and I do look forward to doing 30 more days of the shred at some point after the first of the year.
I am still around. We have all gotten sick. Shredded 3X in the past week, last time was Tues. Taking one more day of rest. Lately everyone is talking about what they are thankful for (on Facebook). I want to slim down and talked about losing those dreaded 30 lbs (baby weight–and my baby is now 4 yrs old). I started the 30 day shred in Sept, gave up. I really lacked the commitment. When I found this challenge, thought I would try again. I realized I also lacked the support. So, I am thankful for finding the support here. Although my weight hasn’t changed that much, my belly has slimmed down…and I am feeling good. Should be back on the shred tomorrow.

Had a day off today, cos it was my dads birthday and we invited him out for lunch – had a really nice day π
I did my challenge workout in the morning and in the evening I went to the gym (gotta use a day without work to the fullest) – tried a new class (Fit + Healthy) and boy, did the trainer wear me out; a lot of push ups, bench dips and ab work;
Can’t believe we are already starting our last week – time really flys by!

Hi Everyone, I cannot believe we are almost done. I shredded Day 23 and Woohoo! I finished all the push-ups with the video. I took a day off yesterday, I had to watch mother all day and night. Paula, thanks for all the encouragement and support on your videos. It helps me to push through.
I am looking forward to our next 30 day challenge. π
