By the way, I’m creating these videos with the Flip Camcorder – a really simple way to upload videos to YouTube and Facebook. You can also easily send via email cards to someone. Very fun! A must have if you are doing video by yourself (of yourself) is this cute little Flip Tripod

  1. Shred for the day is done. I must say that after missing Sunday and yesterday (sorry guys!) that it was a bit tough today. After doing my shred I ran for a bit on my tredmill.

    Amy – just imagine how we’d feel if we did the extra cardio before the Shred. Ick. Somehow afterwards, it’s a little bit easier. Jedi mind tricks.

    Andie – we’re on the home stretch! Rest up!

    Did more 8 lbs than 5 lbs today and tacked on 15 minutes of cardio on the bike. Will be changing it up for Day 22 – on to Level 3. Rest assured, starting with the 3 lbs! Not making that mistake again.

  7. Who knew that walking could make me so sore. I got to the gym on the late side, realized that there was an aqua aerobics class in progress, and I was too late to join it. So no pool walking. Instead, I changed out of my suit and back into regular clothes and went walking on the gym walking track, ’round the basketball court. I did a mile and a half at a fairly good clip for me.

    But I am sore beyond belief today! Wow, hadn’t expected that!

    My mouth is feeling a bit better. Still sore from the dental visit Monday, but better.

  8. Oh, I did counter push-ups at the gym. 2 x 20. Easier because of the stability, harder because the counter is lower than I set my TRX, so I was pushing more bodyweight. I suppose it balances out.
