Ooooooooh! A new challenge! Yeeha! Paula, when you first put this challenge together, I expected it would give me the push I needed to break up my normal workout routine. But I had no idea how much I would enjoy doing the shred with the virtual team. What a pleasant surprise!
Been icing my knee with my Miss Happy gel pack since Thursday night. I’ve still got the technicolor bruise, but the lump is gone! I was able to shred on Day 17 and today on Day 18 as normal on Level 2. Felt really, really good. I’m thinking about trying to move up to 8 lbs for the first set of strength moves in each circuit. Hmmmm. Then maybe Level 3 on Day 21?

Not much movement today… and I missed it. Would much rather have walked than backing up my ailing computer. But I did get my push-ups done and did well there!
