We did it! 30 days of accountability when it comes to night time eating!

I really appreciate your support and it certainly made the challenge better and more fun for me!
My goal/deadline throughout the challenge was to cut off my night time eating by 9PM each night and I’m happy to report success for that goal. I definitely feel stronger with discipline in this particular area and I know that I want to stay mindful of this going forward. [Read more…]
