Week 161 Check-in: February 1, 2010

Starting Weight: Jan 1, 2007 – 278 lbs
Previous Week’s Weight: January 25, 2010 – 179

Current Weight: February 1, 2010 – 178 lbs

Week 161 Weight Loss:  1 lbs

Total Weight Loss: 100 lbs

Exercise Report:
Cardio x 5
Strength Training (Upper body) x 3
Strength Training (Lower body) x 3
Abs x 5
Pilates x 2

Food Report:
Have been struggling with night time eating – determined to kick this bad habit with you all in our Feb PM Challenge! (see link below)

Month 38 Goals: February 2010

Weight Loss and Fitness Goals:

Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2007 – 278 lbs
Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2008  – 193 lbs
Starting Weight  Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs
Starting Weight  Jan. 1, 2010 – 178 lbs
Starting Weight  Feb. 1, 2010 – 178 lbs
YR 4 Q1 Weight Goal: 168 (revised from earlier)

Weight loss goal for month: 173 (5 lbs) (Counting on Feb Challenge this month-see link below)

Weight loss goal per week: 1.3 lbs

February Exercise Goals:

  • Cardio (walking/treadmill (5 times/wk )
  • Strength Training (3 times/wk)  (doing my own upper/lower body workout with dumb bells.
  • Abs 5 times/wk (8 Minute Abs Dvd)
  • Pilates 2 times/wk – (video)

February Food/Nutrition Goals:

  • The Feb PM Night Time Eating Challenge with you all is gonna get me back on track!
    (feel free to jump in at any time!
  • 1400-1600 calories most days
  • not eating after 9PM (this is my personal target for the challenge)

Month 37 Check-in: January 2010

Starting Weight: Jan 1, 2007 – 278 lbs
Previous Month Weight: January 1, 2010 – 178 lbs

Current Weight: February 1 – 178 lbs (oops!)

Month 37 Weight Loss:  0 lbs (Feb is THE month folks!)

Total Weight Loss: 100 lbs

Initial Measurements (1 month in):

Arms: 15.5 in.
Chest: 46 in.
Waist: 44 in.
Hips: 56 in.
Thigh: 29 in.

Measurements: Feb. 1: (did not actually measure – way too bloated!)
Arms: 12 in.
Chest: 35.5 in.
Waist: 29 in.
Hips: 43 in.
Thigh: 22.5 in.

Month Decrease in Inches =  0 in.
Total Decrease in Inches = 48.5 in.

Share Discussion and Tips to Deal With Night Time Eating…

feb-challenge1The Challenge starts tomorrow and we will be doing our check-ins here in the forum.

You will also see some additional forum threads there to help us as we go…

There is one on general discussion and one for discussing tips and strategies to help us to be successful…SO excited to have you all join me.

Keep telling your friends and encourage them to sign up and join in at any time during the challenge – better late then never on this one for sure! 😉

I KNOW you all can do this!

Listen, there is NO failure here and no one is going to knock you down if you do mess up one night – PLEASE do NOT let this keep you from participating and going forward onto a next night….do I have you solemn promise on this folks????  😉

Now, having said THAT – I DO want us ALL to do this – we can do it and I really want you all to take this SO seriously ONLY because I think that it can mean HUGE progress for many of us (myself included).

When I did it for the Holiday Challenge of course as the leader, I did not give myself the option to NOT do it – I really wanted to report a success to my posse! Can you all join me in that kind of thinking for this?  For YOU, not for me – AND because YOU deserve that success!

Do whatever it takes….put pictures up of yourself, lock the fridge, go to bed…lol you get my point! Heck, some nights if some food entered my brain, I’d tell myself I could eat it first thing in the morning (of course I did not)…AND its ONLY 28 days…that’s it!  We can do this!!!

Ready to rock it with me??  I’m counting on YOU! 🙂
