  • good grief – could I really be PMS already?!!!
  • bit of a hard time with calories this week – mostly at night – nothing horrible, just the snacks I have on hand

  • Cardio/walking 4 times/wk
  • Jillian DVD 3 times/wk
  • Abs 2 times/wk (8 Minute Abs Dvd) (don’t do on Jill days as that included serious abs)
  • Pilates 2 times/wk – (video)

July Food/Nutrition Goals:

  • Experiment with calorie cycling for a bit
  • 8 glasses of water/day
  • watch the eating at night!

2009 Q3 GOALS: July 1-Sept. 30, 2009

Starting Weight: Jan. 1, 2009 – 158 lbs
Starting Weight: July 1, 2009 – 165 lbs

Q3 Weight Goal: 151 (14 lb loss from 165)

Q3 Fitness Goals:

  • Cardio 4 times/wk (min. 40 min)
  • Strength Training 3 times/wk (Jillian workout – starting July; may change this after July)
  • Pilates 2 times/wk (beginner dvd)
  • Abs 4 times/wk

Q3 Food/Nutrition Goals:

  • Increase calories (assuming continued increase also in cardio)/do calorie cycling
  • 8 glasses water daily

Hips: 56 in.
Thigh: 29 in.

Measurements: July 1:

Arms: 12 in.
Chest: 35.5 in.
Waist: 30.5 in.
Hips: 40.5 in.
Thigh: 21.5 in.

Month Decrease in Inches = +.5 in. (but in arms, so I’m thinking this is good – all muscle!) 😉
Total Decrease in Inches = 50.5 in.
