1 Year On My Bike!

Wow! I can’t believe I’ve been riding my bicycle for a year now.

I would say that it’s been the single best purchase/investment that I’ve made in a long time.

Total miles for the year: 2,403 miles….just thought it would be fun to report that.
I have nothing to compare it to myself, but it seems like a great number considering the fact that 1 1/2 yrs ago, I was living a pretty sedentary lifelstyle. 😉

I am planning on getting my sister’s old car later this summer and I know that I have to be very conscious about continuing to ride the bike for exercise even tho I won’t necessarily need it for the transportation. I think I can make it work and I know I’m looking forward to finally having a car after all this time.

  • Lots of  biking

  • Calories = continue with calorie cycling, and lowering if/when needed as I continue to lose weight

  • Abs 5 times/wk (8 Minute Abs Dvd)
